Restaurant Delphi in Cadenberge

Nice ambience that now looks clean and inviting even without corona-related non-existent tablecloths. We like to come to "Boss ANNA", who is always nice and courteous and we keep our fingers crossed that she survives the lockdown well. We like to eat Greek! Bye for now!

It's not as if we weren't noticed ...;) Our landlord said it wouldn't be an idea to go out to eat there but - what should I say - we like to form our own opinion. It all started with neither the wine on the menu nor liver (part of every 2nd dish on the menu) being available. So after new considerations, there was a switch to beer and "something without a liver". Our son then had the wish to get french fries instead of rice ... I don't spoil if I reveal that it failed. The next table had the same problem but heeee ... in contrast to them at least we already had drinks. Well ... the food came. We had fried the peppers, eggplant and zucchini as a starter ... guuuut peppers weren't included but in the meantime we had already ordered ouzo and that made us more relaxed;). The hot peppers were yellow peppers. But overall it was enough to eat. The main course was similar ... edible but not fulfilling. The hit at the end was the "invoice" ... Hello Tax Office Cuxhaven ... everything goes directly to the tax authorities (that was an authentic stay in Greece) ... we got a handwritten note with indefinable names and prices. Anyway ... we rounded up the sum of 83 euros to 95 euros because we really laughed heartily. Any interactive theater would have cost us more. But if you come to Delphi to eat Greek ... be warned ... not for the faint of heart. PS .: There were no Corona measures either ... tablecloths on the tables, missing toilet paper, etc. - oh ... I'm now drinking my ouzo and going to sleep.

The operator had to do everything alone. No overview. Took quite a long time with the meal, the salad plate was a farce. The food carelessly arranged and didn't really taste good. We have never seen it like this in a Greek restaurant. 😒

Service friendly and fast. Eating only mediocre, the meat tasted like the other, no variation. Tzaziki and rice was good. Children's nuggets homemade.

Amazing food, very fast and friendly service. You have the feeling that you are in Greece. Very nice music. The wine is very good and I am happy from my visit. I suggest it and i will visit it again

The food was pretty good, especially the huge portions. However, I have to say that the waiting times for the food were sometimes very long. Nevertheless - only recommended.

The food, the ouzo grill plate, was very rich, fresh and good. The salad buffet is particularly recommended. Both the carrot salad and the white cabbage carrot salad, both made with vinegar, garlic and a very tasty olive oil, were very, very good - gladly again! © December 2019

The food tasted ansich, but one of the 2 Hacksteaks was not seasoned. The portion was really big. The glasses were not really clean. Unfortunately, in the shop was generally very little light, so you at the "salad bar" hard sees what you fill up.

We were there on a Wednesday there was about 12 o'clock no further guests there! First, the drinks were not properly brought and then we had to wait for the food about 40 minutes it was half forgotten I had as an appetizer Tzatziki with bread was only served on demand and then without bread! My husband got his food about 20 minutes later because it was forgotten and then it was not even the right time it was the wrong food prepared! Such a bad service and preparation of the food we have never experienced! Definitely not recommended !!!!

First salad from the buffet, very large portions as a main course and then also a dessert in addition - great. Special offers on certain days.

I did not like it that much. First dust should be wiped and the cobwebs removed from the lamps. Price performance goes like this. I find drinks very expensive. I did not like it so much. Have already eaten much better.
